Beyond Capital Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Soft & Cloud, a provider of used software licenses catering to corporate clients in Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed. Soft & Cloud is a provider of pre-owned software within the European market. The company offers its customers pre-owned and cost-efficient software licensing solutions.
