TERACT completed the acquisition of Boulangerie Louise from Financiere LM.

TERACT, an innovative network of committed retailers, completed the acquisition of Boulangerie Louise, a bakery chain operator, from Financiere LM, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "TERACT has an objective to make Boulangerie Louise a national leader in artisanal bakery and has an ambition with a major development and consolidation plan as part of a dynamic of creating a sustainable sector. Boulangerie Louise will also be a main asset in the development of the new food concept integrating artisanal bakeries," TERACT.
