Leeds Equity Partners-backed CeriFi, a diversified education, training and certification provider, agreed to acquire Checkpoint Learning, a professional education solutions provider, and West LegalEdcenter, a legal education solutions and services provider, from Thomson Reuters, a Canadian multinational media conglomerate.
