Dacke Industri, an operator of a holding firm, completed the acquisition of a 70 % stake in Fogmaker International, a global supplier of fire suppression systems for engine compartments. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With Fogmaker as our new partner, we significantly strengthen the safety awareness and the technical safety solutions globally at Dacke Industri. Fogmaker has a solid market position, and together we will create more opportunities and potential for growth ahead," Lars Fredin, Dacke Industri CEO.
