Linden Capital Partners completed the acquisition of LifeStyles Healthcare from Trustar Capital and Humanwell Healthcare.

Linden Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of LifeStyles Healthcare, a manufacturer of sexual wellness products, from Trustar Capital, a buyout firm, and Humanwell Healthcare, a pharmaceutical company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The sexual health category is growing in the Company’s primary markets and is increasingly recognized as a core component of healthcare and overall wellbeing. I believe that LifeStyles’ global presence and broad portfolio of brands position the Company as a central player in this exciting category," Ron Fugate, Linden Operating Partner.
