Linden Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of LifeStyles Healthcare, a manufacturer of sexual wellness products, from Trustar Capital, a buyout firm, and Humanwell Healthcare, a pharmaceutical company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The sexual health category is growing in the Company’s primary markets and is increasingly recognized as a core component of healthcare and overall wellbeing.
