Comer Industries, a machinery industry company, agreed to acquire Benevelli Electric Powertrain Solutions, an industrial engineer, and Sitem Motori Elettrici, an electric motors manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this operation involving two excellences in a rapidly expanding market, such as that of electric vehicles, the concreteness of our future vision is confirmed,” Matteo Storchi, Comer Industries Chairman and CEO.
