Grupo Manuel Champalimaud to acquire Novares European Bezels & Clusters from Novares.

Grupo Manuel Champalimaud, a business conglomerate, agreed to acquire Novares European Bezels & Clusters from Novares, an automobile group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
