GoStudent to acquire Studienkreis from IK Partners.

GoStudent, one of the world’s largest online tutoring agents, agreed to acquire Studienkreis, a centre-based tutoring firm, from IK Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Over 1.5m online tutoring sessions are booked each month at GoStudent, but we believe the future of learning is hybrid.
