CoorsTek, a technical ceramics manufacturer, completed the acquisition of armor assets of Avon Protection, a respiratory protection equipment engineering and manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Avon Protection’s armor business is an excellent complement to our robust defense business.
