EMK Capital-backed Broad Horizon to acquire 2Foqus.

EMK Capital-backed Broad Horizon, a player in cloud infrastructure, cloud consultancy and app development, business applications, data science and business intelligence, agreed to acquire 2Foqus, a Netherlands data and analytics specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed.
