Specialty Program Group completed the acquisition of Business Underwriters Associates.

Specialty Program Group, a fully licensed holding company established to acquire and scale best-in-class insurance underwriting facilities and specialty businesses, completed the acquisition of Business Underwriters Associates, a brokerage general agent and wholesaler specializing in life, annuities, disability income and health insurance.
