Cydecor, a software developer, completed the acquisition of InnovaSystems, an IT and software services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “InnovaSystems deepens our software development expertise and puts Cydecor at the forefront of defense readiness as a leading solutions provider for national security technology," Nader Elguindi, Cydecor President and CEO.
