ION Science to acquire of Analox.

ION Science, a manufacturer of gas sensors and gas detection instruments, agreed to acquire of Analox, a provider gas detection solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a major step on our strategic growth journey. With strong brands in global markets, ION and Analox will continue to operate separately.
