Banzai International, an end-to-end video engagement platform for marketing, agreed to go public via a SPAC merger with 7GC, a special purpose acquisition company, in a $580m. Upon closing of the proposed transaction, the combined company will be named Banzai International, Inc. and is expected to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
