Nautic Partners-backed Security On-Demand completed the acquisition of the MTS business of Booz Allen Hamilton.

Nautic Partners-backed Security On-Demand, a cyber-threat detection services provider, completed the acquisition of the managed threat services business of Booz Allen Hamilton, a management consulting firm. MTS and Security On-Demand will operate as one unified organization and brand: DeepSeas.
