Sponsor Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in LTP, a food logistics company, from Vaaka Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have reshaped food logistics by consolidating many small flows of goods into a single large flow in a manner that no other operator has previously managed to execute successfully.
