Modulex Modular Buildings, a manufacturer of modular buildings, agreed to go public via a SPAC merger with PHP Ventures Acquisition in a $682m deal. “This transaction highlights the immense value investors see in Modulex when comparing our numbers with those of our competitors in the global construction technology markets. We have both a solid foundation and a clear roadmap to expand our model.
