Alpha Dhabi, a firm engaged in the provision of construction services, and Monterock International, an international investment company with a focus on the hospitality and food and beverage sectors, agreed to acquire a stake in Nammos, a provider of luxury gastronomy and hospitality services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We see strong potential for the expansion of our platform into the F&B and wider lifestyle space, both of which are markets with strong fundamentals globally driven by the return to travel and leisure post-Covid-19,” Hamad Al Ameri, Alpha Dhabi CEO and Managing Director.
