Rockpool Investments completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Rosetta Brands.

Rockpool Investments, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Rosetta Brands, a provider of software-enhanced services to sellers on Amazon. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Amazon is an increasingly important sales channel for consumer brands, but we recognise that navigating it as a marketplace or wholesale is challenging. We are pleased to identify and invest in Rosetta as a key platform that helps brands succeed on Amazon," Darran Green, Rockpool Investments Partner.
