Edmond de Rothschild-backed Amethis to acquire a minority stake in Globex Group.

Edmond de Rothschild-backed Amethis, an investment fund manager, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Globex Group, a provider of express courier, freight and transit solutions in Morocco. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is a new achievement for Amethis in Morocco.
