Sesa-backed Computer Gross, a company distributes computer products, as well as offers maintenance and repair of appliances, agreed to acquire Altinia Distribuzione, a specialized vertical value-added distributor of Managed Printing’s professional IT solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
