Health Cloud Initiative completed the acquisition of FysioRoadMap from DIH.

Health Cloud Initiative, a software solutions provider, completed the acquisition of FysioRoadMap, a Dutch software company, from DIH, a global robotics and virtual reality technology provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The sales of the software business of MRS strengthen the strategic focus on core advanced rehab technology systems. It also creates capacity for more acquisitions such as its recent acquisition of SafeGait™ Solutions from Gorbel in Oct 2022.
