Palatine Private Equity-backed Lucion Services, a environmental services group that provides Trusted Risk Management across different sectors of industry, completed the acquisition of Midland Survey, a surveying business provides skilled surveying experts nationwide. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the acquisition of MSL, Lucion Services now offers a truly national environmental survey capability. The acquisition complements that of Gateshead-based Landform Surveys, 8 months ago, giving us coverage across the whole of the UK whilst adding more diverse services including non-invasive CCTV condition surveys,” Jeremy Meredith, Lucion Services Managing Director.
