Silverwood Brands completed the acquisition of Sonotas for £18m.

Silverwood Brands, an enterprise company established to invest primarily in branded consumer businesses, completed the acquisition of Sonotas, a Japan-based skincare manufacturer, for £18m. “I am delighted to announce the transactions relating to Lush and Sonotas.
