Audax-backed Laird Connectivity, a provider of wireless modules, internal antennas, IoT devices and wireless services, completed the acquisition of Boundary Devices, a California-based designing and manufacturing company for system-on-modules and single-board computers, from Montage Partners, a private equity firm.
