KME SE to acquire KMD Connectors Stolberg for $17m.

KME SE, a supplier of precision rolled copper, agreed to acquire KMD Connectors Stolberg, a manufacturer of metal stamping products, for $17m. The re-acquisition of Stolberg is an important step to enable KME to increase its efficiency in order to serve the electrical transition and provide the best service to its customers.
