Warren Equity Partners-backed Magnolia River, a premier provider of engineering, inspection, GIS, and technology solutions for utility & pipeline infrastructure & operations, completed the acquisition of System Integrity division of Aptus Group, a safety, quality, and people focused company building and maintaining the nation’s infrastructure, from 3 Rivers Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Magnolia River’s vision is to make the world safer by providing innovative solutions to the utility and infrastructure industry.
