ATSG to acquire Xentaurs.

Synopsis

ATSG, a global, tech-enabled managed services and solutions company, agreed to acquire Xentaurs, a modern cybersecurity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to join the OneATSG team. The integration into the larger organization will enable us to increase our security capabilities while offering an expanded portfolio of digital and managed services solutions to our clients," Anoj Willy, Xentaurs CEO.
