Pol R completed the acquisition of Shur-Fit Products.

Pol R, a construction service company, completed the acquisition of Shur-Fit Products, a Canadian manufacturer of mechanical pipe insulation, insulated pipe supports and related products such as metal fittings and jacketing. Financial terms were not disclosed. Nu-West/Shur-Fit will continue to have access to all the Pacific Pressed product line and will be carrying local stock for any day-to-day contractor business. Pacific Pressed products will also be available through all other Nu-West, Impro, Nadeau & Scotia Insulation locations throughout Canada.
