Synopsis

Connexa, a manufacturer and distributor of remote and industrial energy products, as well as an integrator and SaaS provider of IoT products, agreed to acquire mobile phone towers of 2degrees, a full service telecommunications provider, for $675m. “Today’s sale of 1.1k towers will allow us focus more on, and continue to invest in, innovative solutions and services for Kiwis while realising the value of our passive mobile assets. In addition, we have committed to another 450 locations with Connexa to provide even greater coverage and network density for 5G,” Mark Callander, 2degrees CEO.
