Blackstone to acquire the property portfolio of Corem Property Group.

Blackstone agreed to acquire the property portfolio of Corem Property Group, a Sweden-based company engaged in the acquisition, management, development, and renewal of industrial, storage, logistical and commercial real estate in Sweden and Denmark. Financial terms were not disclosed. The portfolio consists of properties situated in Gothenburg, Jönköping, Malmö, Stockholm, and Västerås. The total lettable area amounts to around 357k sq m, mainly premises for warehouse and logistics. The economic occupancy rate is 94%.
