Summa-backed Norsk Gjenvinning, a provider of recyclable and green solutions, completed the acquisition of Letbek, a Danish pioneer in recyclable plastic solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. Letbek is a Danish pioneer within recyclable plastic in innovative solutions with inter alia the production of recyclable materials in Danish design classics such as Fritz Hansen. Letbek has facilities in Denmark and Poland.
