ERMCO completed the acquisition of Spire Power Solutions from Mill Point Capital.

ERMCO, a company in the manufacturing of liquid-filled distribution transformers for the utility, commercial and industrial markets, completed the acquisition of Spire Power Solutions, a manufacturer of power transformers, from Mill Point Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome the Spire team into the ERMCO family.
