MRP Realty and Asana Partners completed the acquisition of Charlotte headquarters building of Duke Energy.

MRP Realty, a real estate development, acquisition, and construction management firm, and Asana Partners, a real estate investment firm, completed the acquisition of Charlotte headquarters building of Duke Energy, an electric power and natural gas holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The headquarters building at 526 S. Church St. in Charlotte, with plans to develop a mixed-use project at the site. Initial plans include 450 residential units and 55,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
