Kinshofer to acquire Prolec.

Kinshofer, an internationally oriented mid-size company specializing in the development, manufacture, and sales of hydraulic attachments, agreed to acquire Prolec, an electronic components producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Kinshofer continues its strategy to provide the industry with a ‘One-Stop-Shop’ solution of outstandingly engineered products to increase efficiency and, more importantly, profitability for its customers.
