Tallgrass completed the acquisition of Ruby Pipeline from Kinder Morgan and Pembina Pipeline for $282m.

Tallgrass, a midstream energy company, completed the acquisition of Ruby Pipeline, a 680-mile natural gas pipeline, for $282m from Kinder Morgan and Pembina Pipeline.
