HSH Coldstores to acquire ACS&T from Camellia for £16m.

HSH Coldstores, a cold storage facilities company, agreed to acquire ACS&T, a logistics solutions provider, from Camellia, an engineering services business company, for £16m. "The proceeds from the sale will be applied to support the Group's strategy of focussing its investment activity on its core agriculture operations and for general working capital purposes," Camellia.
