NEPI Rockcastle, an owner and operator of shopping centers in Central & Eastern Europe, completed the acquisition of Forum Gdansk Shopping Centre from Blackstone, a private equity firm, for €250m. “Forum Gdansk represents a compelling investment opportunity.
