Kestra-backed Bluespring Wealth Partners, a wealth management firm, agreed to acquire Goldstein Advisors, a comprehensive financial services firm overseeing approximately $700m in client assets. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our decision came down to the strong cultural alignment we have with the Bluespring Wealth Partners team.
