Avista Capital completed the acquisition of Spear Education.

Avista Capital, a private equity firm focused exclusively on healthcare, completed the acquisition of Spear Education, a tech-enabled provider of digital and in-person clinical training. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Spear has achieved robust growth over the last several years, with increases in membership and the expansion of our digital content.
