Thomas H. Lee Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Bynder from Insight Partners.

Thomas H. Lee Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Bynder, a global provider of digital asset management from Insight Partners, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’ve devoted considerable time and resources to understanding the technology needs of marketing and sales organizations.
