Calibre Scientific completed the acquisition of Carvalhaes.

Calibre Scientific, a provider of life science reagents, tools, instruments,  and other consumables to the lab research, completed the acquisition of Carvalhaes, a distributor of laboratory consumables and scientific equipment.
