Synopsis

Aegea, a private sanitation company, agreed to acquire Corsan, a state sanitation company, for $781m. “This process was based on a mission to make Corsan a transformation case in the sanitation area. The company will be able to speed up its deliveries and serve as an example for others,” Roberto Barbuti, Corsan CEO.
