Itago Partners, an indipendent private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Eco-Techno, a provider of waste water purification systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Once again for ITAGO the fundamental thesis of the investment is the development of technologies aimed at sustainability; it is a concrete way of doing ESG and is combined with highly profitable companies such as Eco-Techno and broad growth prospects," Nicola Bordignon, Itago Managing Partner.
