Keensight Capital completed the acquisition of Quanos Solutions from IK Partners.

Keensight Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Quanos Solutions, a developer of software and technology solutions for smart information, from IK Partners, a pan-European private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With IK’s support, we have been able to achieve a lot in a short period of time. From the brand and vision building to operational initiatives to the design of a product roadmap, we have a solid foundation on which we can grow further.
