CVA Group completed the acquisition of Sistemi Rinnovabili for €340m.

CVA Group, a provider of sustainable energy based services, completed the acquisition of Sistemi Rinnovabili, a provider of sustainable energy services focusing on solar energy technology, for €340m. "The operation will allow CVA to play a leading role in the challenge of the energy transition. The growth in photovoltaics is flanked by the historic and rooted presence of the Group in hydropower and further consolidates the profile of primary operator renewable Italian, in line with the strategy of diversification of renewable sources to produce electricity," Marco Cantamessa, CVA President.
