Stephen Blyth, Xpediator former CEO, Baltcap, a private equity and venture capital investor, and Justas Versnickas offered to acquire Xpediator, an integrated freight management business operating in the supply chain logistics and fulfillment sector, for $73m. The proposal, if it was to proceed to a formal offer, is subject to the satisfaction or waiver of a number of customary pre-conditions, including satisfactory completion of due diligence and the finalisation and documentation of financing for the transaction.
