Euroports to acquire BB Logistics.

Euroports, a full-service port operator, agreed to acquire BB Logistics, a fast-growing, reliable logistics service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This strategic move strengthens our position in the industry and gives us the possibility to serve our customers with a wider range of services to our existing and new customers everywhere in Finland. We are confident that BB Logistics will create an excellent possibility to strengthen our position as a reliable partner for any cargoes,” Sari De Meulder, Euroports Finland Managing Director.
