Hassana Investment Company, a private equity firm, completed a $2.4bn investment in UAE assets of DP World, an Emirati multinational logistics company. "We are delighted to announce this new partnership with Saudi Arabia-based Hassana, which manages one of the largest global pension funds. We believe this partnership will serve to enhance our assets and allow us to capture the significant growth potential of the wider market," Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, DP World Chairman and CEO.
