Kempf to acquire a majority stake in KeyBAKE Bakeware & Coatings.

Kempf, a business specialising in bakeware & coatings, agreed to acquire a majority stake in KeyBAKE Bakeware & Coatings, a bakery equipment provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited to combine the knowledge and strength of KEMPF and KeyBAKE.
